Photography on Your Property:

We may take photos or videos on your property whilst undertaking our services. The following explains how these photos and videos are handled depending on their purpose and identifiability:

  • Operational Photos: We may take photos or videos for operational purposes, including safety, quality assurance, and service verification (for example, documenting completed work, property conditions, or proof of service). These photos and videos are used internally only and are not used for marketing, may include information from which people or your property could reasonably be identified and, where necessary, may include animals or people as part of the operational context.

  • Non-Operational Non Identifiable Photos: We may take Non‑Identifiable photos or videos (for example, close‑up images of waste, tools, or surfaces) for non-operational purposes such as marketing, internal training, or process improvement, where we determine that they do not include information from which people or your property could reasonably be identified.

  • Non-Operational Identifiable Photos: We will only take or use Identifiable photos or videos (for example, before and after pictures of your property or pictures of your dogs) for non-operational purposes such as marketing with your express permission. Identifiable photos and videos include information from which people or your property could reasonably be identified.

Marketing and Communications:

We may send you marketing communications about our services, promotions, or updates. We only send marketing where permitted, which may include express consent you provide (for example, selecting “Yes” on a form) or inferred consent where you are an existing customer and the communication is related to our services.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time either by using the instructions provided in our communications or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect service related or operational communications (such as scheduling, reminders, or updates about your service).

We may disclose your personal information to trusted third-party services that help us deliver our services, such as our payment processor (Square), customer relationship management (CRM) software (GorillaDesk), website provider (Squarespace), website widget provider (Elfsight), workflow automation and integration service (Zapier), cloud storage service (Microsoft OneDrive), and email service provider (Zoho Mail). Any personal information shared with these services is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies and may be processed and stored outside of Australia. By using our services, you consent to this sharing and international processing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

CRM Software (GorillaDesk):

We use Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta to improve our advertising on Meta platforms.
