Customer Hub
Welcome to the Customer Hub, a central location for current customers to conveniently manage many aspects of their accounts. Here you can:
Access the Customer Portal: Quickly view and manage your account using the portal widget in the bottom-right corner of the page (click the person icon). From the portal, you can manage your payment details and view and download your quotes and invoices. Step-by-step instructions to access the portal are available near the bottom of this page.
Submit Change Requests: Use our convenient form to request we update your circumstances (such as contact information, hazard and access details, or the number of dogs generating waste) or make changes to your services (add, change, pause, resume, or cancel). You can also remove/cancel a service address via this form. To add or change a service address, please follow the instructions provided and submit a new Get Your Free Quote form.

Current customers: Please fill out this form to advise us of updates to your circumstances or changes to your requirements.

If you’re a new customer or you’ve forgotten your password, please follow these steps to gain access to the Customer Portal. If you have any trouble logging in, please contact us.
1) Open the portal widget in the bottom-right corner of this page (click the person icon).
2) Click “Get Login Info” and enter the email address associated with your customer account (the one used in the Get Your Free Quote form). Then click “Get Login Info”.
3) Check your email inbox for a message from us. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
4) Open the email, note your username, and click “Change your password”.
5) Enter a new password, note it down, and click “Change”.
You should now have access to the Customer Portal. In the future, log in via the Customer Hub using your username and password.
