  • Yes, provided your yard is completely accessible, we search your entire yard for poop in a methodical, grid-like pattern, aiming to leave no trace behind.

  • Once the poop has been scooped, we bag it and place it in your bin. We can use either your organics or general waste bin; just let us know if you have a preference.

  • Our weekly plans start as low as $32 per service. Pricing depends primarily on the number of dogs and your chosen service frequency. Most weekly and fortnightly customers will end up paying between $32 to $50 per service.

  • Yes, we operate all throughout the year. Whether it’s sunny, drizzly, or anything in between, we’ll keep your yard clean and comfortable.

  • Yes, if you’re subscribed to recurring services, you may request to temporarily pause services for a maximum of 3 months.

  • Nope! You can pause or cancel for any reason by contacting us, provided you give us two business days’ notice.

  • No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to your yard, for example, via an unlocked gate or an access code. Many of our busy customers choose to provide access while they’re out, as it’s the most convenient option for them.

  • We love dogs and enjoy working with them in the yard with us, provided they’re safe to be around and do not prevent or hinder us from safely and efficiently undertaking services. Normal behaviours, such as barking, jumping, or excitement, are generally fine.

  • We provide service Monday to Friday, with Friday routes typically finishing earlier than other weekdays.

  • We can sometimes offer flexibility for your service day depending on where your property sits within our route. However, because changes can significantly increase driving time, we assess each request individually and may not always be able to accommodate them.

  • Our routes typically run anywhere from 7:00 am until sundown. In most cases we’re unable to guarantee a specific arrival time on your service day. The time required to complete services can vary, and our routes are optimised for efficiency. This helps us keep our pricing competitive for all customers.

  • Absolutely. We maintain active general and products liability insurance, including environmental impairment coverage. This safeguards our customers and our business—because every mission deserves backup.

  • Yes. We frequently disinfect our tools and equipment to prevent cross-contamination between properties.

  • According to guidance received from the GISA Which Bin website team, dog waste may be disposed of in the organics bin (including when contained in AS 4736-certified compostable bags) or the general waste bin across all South Australian council areas.
